My Symptoms:
Headaches when i wake up.
(I FEEL like) my Vision isn't as good as before.
I cant get out of bed in the Mornings.
I feel sick alot !
Im really Worried but my mum said it is probably just cause i dont go to bed till like 4 in the Morning (I know that is bad but i just end up watching movies and then before i know it its 4-5 AM)
I was at the doctors a week or so ago for My Anxiety and Paranoia issues and i told her about my headaches but she just sort of brushed it off and i dont want to go again and waste her time if its nothing.
But they are my Symptoms... I also feel like my Eye twitches and other stuff but im not sure if that is just in my head and made up ??
Could this be because i dont go to bed till like 4-5 AM and dont wake up till like 2-3 PM??
Im only asking because i get so Scared about EVERYTHING... If i have a tiny pain in my stomach i automatically think i have cancer and i know its a bad idea to ask what it could be cause usually on the internet you get given the worst scenario... but im abit worried :S :S
Unfortunately, you are not paranoid to worry about cancer. You may also just have anxiety.
Watching TV in bed is very bad because you are getting massive doses of electromagnetic fields and blue light that interferes with sleep hormone production. Action or violent movies will cause sleep disturbance as well.
Sleep hygiene means getting your environment ready for sleep. Why not read before bed, nothing controversial. The Bible, Koran or other spiritual books or positive messages are helpful.
Are you eating junk food, drinking coffee or even alcohol before bed. Alcohol actually interferes with sleep when it wears off. Sugar, MSG and low quality food can cause mental problems. Try to get some good fats like fish oil or flax oil to help your brain.
living like that will cause some major health problems, go to bed sleep for 7-8 hours and get up and do something.
