    My period is 4 days late!?

    I have not had my period for 4 days. Some info:

    -I have been taking NuvaRing properly for over a year.
    -Got a bad case of the stomach flu a week ago.
    -Just took a pregnancy test with a solid Negative.

    Anything to worry about here?

    if you are stressing in any way this could hold back your period. also have you looked into the side affects of your birth control it may stop your period or make it irregular.
