Well all you gave was a bra size... so it's impossible to tell, isn't it? Personally, I was size 5 jeans and a 36 D. The fat in the middle doesn't make up for the fat on top.

Flat? I am and have always been a 34B, now THAT'S flat. No but in all seriousness, all girls develop at different speeds and at your ages there is no "norm". I'd say if your friends are at similar sizes to you then your fine, but honestly I wouldn't worry until you're older and fully developed.

    A D-cup is considered LARGE.

The average is a B-cup for all ages, you may think your breasts are flat because they are sagging, try wearing a more supportive bra to help how they look. You're lucky with that size, but they can also strain your back. Good luck.

I was around a 34B around that age. But I was a lot skinnier then than I am now.

    My niece is 15 and she's a 36D! My girlfriend's daughter is also 15 and she's wearing 36DD...but she's also a bit heavier set.

So it varies...genetics, diet, weight, etc.

    I'm a 36A, and 15. I'm 5'9" and wear a size 10 in pants.
All girls develop differently and at different stages..
