Think of it this way. Sometimes sperm can get through a condom right? Well, if the head of the sperm was the size of your head, the size of an AIDS cell would be about like a penny. And AIDS gets into you by hitching a ride on the sperm. SO. AIDS is one of them.
Also herpes, because if your skin touches their herpes skin, congrats. You got herpes.
    And crabs.

STDs that can be passed by DIRECT skin to skin contact are genital herpes , HPV, Syphilis. Chlamydia is transmitted through genital contact also, with or without sexual intercourse with infected person. Using condom will help prevent transmission, but if the condom doesn't cover the site of infection, transmission can still occur.
Crabs (public lice) can also be passed by DIRECT skin to skin contact or just close contact and contact with infected sheets, clothes,etc... MC or Molluscum contagiosum , Scabies - skin-to-skin contact and also indirectly through sharing clothing,towels,etc.. with someone infected.
