I have been experiencing testicular discomfort (not pain) for the past few weeks along with being able to milk, and I must restate milk, a tiny amount of clear sticky discharge from my penis. I was checked out 4 days after my only sexual exposure for stds and all came back negative along with the nurse confirming that 4 days was long enough for an accurate chlamydia and gonorrhea result. I later asked my family doctor about this milked out discharge and she told me it was completely normal, and that many guys are able to do that it tiny amounts. She also informed me that testicular discomfort just happens, and that added pressure of me changing schools could have contributed to it. I have since re-tested negative for gonorrhea and syphilis as well as for a uti. My question is: do my symptoms suggest chlamydia even being a possibility, I'm only curious since I didn't re-test for it. My family doctor did not test me for any std's, clinics did that. Do you think that her answers are appropriate for my symptoms. Thanks so much for any help!
