Well there's this thing called Proactiv which is on commercials a lot and stuff and it seems to be pretty effective so I suggest that. But I heard acne treatments can be pretty expensive sometimes...

Cut about an inch off of a banana and mush it up and put it on your face for about 10 minutes. It sounds gross but it really works because of the potassium in the banana,

A prescription medication is always the best way. My doctor prescribes me with a great cream that I use every night, it cleared my face right up and keeps it clear to this day. Also I wash my face every morning and night with an exfoliating acne wash in the morning an a blackhead clearing scrub at night

Niacinamide face cleansing pads are effective and simple way to keep acne away. Just place a pad on the pimple and watch it fade away. Lavender Oil helps prevent skin drying.
Niacinamide pads are also known as Vitamin B3 pads or Nicotinamide pads.
Give them a try and you will be pleasantly surprised.
Niacinamide also helps diminish skin-hyperpigmentation (acne scars).
