    Jill has found out her sister's child has a baby with CF,what are the chances that their child will have CF?

    Jill wants to start a family. Her sister's baby has CF. What are the chances Jill's baby will have CF?

    None. Unless her husband is a carrier. Genetic testing may be in order.

    Not enough information. Just because her sister was a carrier, doesn't mean Jill is. And even if Jill is, we don't know if her husband is.
