why do i feel like theres no oxygen in the office?

I have been working for a year in this office, when im here it feels like there is less oxygen, i feel fatigue and my brain dosnt work very well. but the moment i get out the building then bang i feel lifeness again.
its a serviced office theres no windows its practically like a shoe box, the question is really is it worth me buying an oxymeter to check my levels, ive already brought a thermometer and its average of 24c - 25c with 30% humidity. thanks

do you smoke? if you do, and you don't smoke during the time you're in the office, that probably explains the reasons, happens to me as well. I think smokers need more oxygen than the non-smokers, and also the lack of nicotine generated through that time also affects your brain as well.

but if not, there may well be other elements in the air other than oxygen - e.g. if you put a flower with a strong smell in a closed room and walk in there in the morning, you'll be horrified, it'll be very hard to breath. So it is well possible for the room to be filled with anything and happens quite a lot! ask your employer to do something, open the windows or put an air conditioner or something in there. oxygen is very important, not that one would die in this sort of situation but, as you said, it certainly makes your brain stop from functioning effectively!
