    Weird pain in my knee?

    I have this Pain in my knees but it isn't always there. When I fold my legs in the chair or when I sit cross legged my knees domt hurt but when I go to bend them back straight they hurt badly. If I go slowly I can stand it but if I move it straight it feels like I'm being stabbed in the knee. Any ideas. I'm only 16 btw.

    im 18, Same problem - Im low in Vitamin D which is found in sunlight. You can get capsules from doctorz and they help alot. OR You need more milk like me. I dont drink milk that often and I regret it unfortunately and my left knee today nearly cracked :S I could feel it nearly collapsing.

    anyway, go doctors unless theres a doc on here?
