    Problems with back ache?

Hey, I'm still in school, but I've always had the occassional bit of back ache, from when standing up for a long time, like hours on end, but recently, the upper part of my back has been getting increasingly worse and in like my first class, it starts to tingle then it will hurt after a bit then hurt throughout the day, im not slouching either, ive made sure of that, anyway I should be going to the doctors with it soon because its getting worse, anyway, are there any reasons why this would happen? I was wandering if it could be linked with depression ,as I feel I might be suffering with it, I've looked on the internet, and I seem to have most of the symtoms, anyway, I've kept that quite to see if it goes away eventually, but ye, could depression cause back pains, or any other reason for it?

Yes depression can cause aches and pains and vice versa.Always get a physical exam to rule out physical problems first. Another thing ,how heavy is a backpack you might carry? You would not believe what they can do. Take care .Feel well soon.
