    I've got it!!!

I've been suffering with these for a few years. My heart doesn't race and nor do I start hyperventilating. I'm still having tests to work it all out but most of the doctors I have seen have told me it's anxiety.

Yep Sweetie, I'm currently suffering from the same thing. I'm constantly anxious because I'm trying to prepare myself for the next time I have a panic attack. I feel like I'm struggling to breathe when really it's fine. Don't worry, you're not alone. Go to your doctors, tell them how you're feeling. They may take some blood to see if there is no hidden problem as to why you're feeling so anxious. They may give you some anxiety pills. When you feel like you have a panic attack coming, you need to just entirely relax. You need to realize that no harm will come to you during these panics. It's just your brain telling you that you should be scared, so if you react to it, you'll get worse.. because you're telling your brain.. Yes.. I'm scared.. so relax. Breathe slowly and deeply, accept that you are having a panic attack and let it blow over. It's not pleasant. But you'll get it fixed.

    Good luck hun x
