    How to solve sleeping issues?

Lately, I have been having trouble going to sleep and staying asleep. Sometimes I get dry mouth before bed and other times I will wake up in the early morning to go to the bathroom then I can't fall back asleep. I don't think it is good to have interrupted sleep like that, right? What can I do to improve the quality of my sleep? Melatonin works most of the time, but I don't want to become reliant. What can I do?

Drink more throughout the day so as not to get dehydryated. Have a lower salt intake.
Stop having liquids about an hour and a half before bed so as to get rid of more before you go to sleep, hopefully this means you wont wake up earlier needing to go to the loo.

I would say that would be totally fine. As far as I know Melatonin really has no side effects other than making you sleep, which its supposed to do.visit the link below where u get more
