    How to take capsules?

    I'm a little confused. So the capsules I have, I can open them? Like INSIDE the plastic thingy is the medicine... And I'm not quite sure EXACTLY how to take a capsule? Do I take it like a normal pill and just swallow the one thing WITH the plastic thingy? And then drink water...

    You just swallow your capsules whole and unopened, washed down with a little water.

    While they might look a lot like plastic, they're actually made of a soluble material which will dissolve in your stomach or gut. (Actually this is often one of the benefits of capsules, as they can delay the release of your medicine until it's worked its way round your digestive system a little!)
