What can be done about anterior pelvic tilt?

Is there a way to minimise the appearance of an anterior pelvic lift in a 16 year old girl?

I'm very small at 5ft 2 and weigh 103lbs. Only I look quite biggish/out of proportion as it causes my butt and abdomen to stick out :/

The exaggerated lumbar lordosis is often aggravated by very tight "hip flexors". To battle this, strengthen your glutes. They are powerfull trunk extensors and can be conditioned very well with squats and lunges.
Unless you already have tight Hamstring muscles (you cannot almost touch your toes bending over at the waist) , they are another muscle group that can posteriorly rotate your pelvis.
