I am in college and I have classes everyday at around nine and a class at eight on Friday mornings. I fall asleep a lot in these classes and i have little control over it. I know that i can do well if i can just be able to stay awake and listen to the lecture. I get an average of about 7.5 hours of sleep at night. I don't want to start drinking coffee or energy drinks every morning. Is there anything else that i can do to stay awake?
Drink a coffee before you go to class
Get more sleep. Try to get better sleep by using good sleep hygiene, Google it. Good luck.
