I'm short sighted and I'm 16, if that helps.
not one that works.
If by "naturally" you mean with eye exercises or vitamins, then no.
Shortsightedness (also called nearsightedness) is mainly caused by an eyeball that is too long, so light rays come to a focus at a point that is in front of the retina, instead of right on it. So your vision is blurred.
Currently, only contact lenses and eyeglasses are used to correct shortsightedness in teens. When you are old enough, you may opt for LASIK or other corrective eye surgery.
Eye exercises can improve vision only very slightly. For me, daily disposable contact lenses are the best option, because they correct your vision invisibly, they are convenient, and they are healthy to wear. Eye vitamins can help your eyes stay healthy, but they can't correct the long eyeball that causes shortsightedness.
