Sounds like anxiety and depression.. Id talk to someone about it.. Maybe get put on anti-depressants or anxiety medication for the time being. Suicidal thoughts are serious and you should definitely get treatment.

The Hallucinations stump me a bit. What type? Do you see things, or hear voices, or both? Could they be due to the alcohol?
The other symptoms could be any or all of the following they seem to come in groups, one jump starting the next.PTSD, depression maybe major, anxiety, addiction, maybe O.C.D. if dirty means ritual washing.
I would doubt Bi-Polar since you have no manic episodes.
Schizophrenia has hallucinations, but probably could not list anything in order as you have. There are exceptions, but generally very unorganized.Several types, but still a no go.
You need to get help for your addiction, it could cause most if not all of your symptoms. After you are sober, and in therapy maybe you can shed some baggage from this list and create a new list. Then try to get a real diagnosis, with no alcohol.
    Good Luck!!
