well... so i go school..im 14 and in class when the teacher is explaining something i cant concentrate or really listen to what they are saying? like i do sit still and be quiet and stuff...sometimes but then when i do finally listen i dont get one word they say?..its weird
like if a teachers talking about mathematics and stuff i know what they are talking about but it just cant get through my head..like its just like im staring at there faces and not actually listening
ALSOOOOO when its a teacher that keeps STARING AT ME i feel awkward that they are staring at me so i look away sometimes..but not all of the time lol
That's one of my symptoms- I have ADHD. They hyperactivity in your brain make your thoughts scatter & go nuts so you may be listening but its all disorganized and unclear.
Well I have adhd and you sound pretty much like me when I was your age. I'm 19 now and still struggle with it. You should see it as a gift because it totally is, you just have to find your sweet spot in life and when you do ADHD becomes a super power. You sound more inattentive than hyperactive. you might have ADD but unless it is dramatically affecting you I wouldn't worry about it. Getting GOOD exercise everyday really improves concentration and mood. Eat healthy, do breathing exercises. You know, all that type of stuff. Math is really easy for me to comprehend as well because I'm good with numbers and shapes (geometry was my shiet!!). I also get the awkward vibes when I have a teacher looking at me when talking. Might be a little social anxiety, but I know a lot of it comes from me not really making sense of what they're saying and not being able to pay attention, so I freeze up. A lot of the time I don't look at them because I focus better on what theyre saying when I only focus on their words. Or else I just think about their personal lives the whole class and think of random things. But if it bothers you that much seek treatment! I made it all the way through highschool without medication. I just recently started taking it because as you get older society has less and less room for creative, imaginative people. I just worry about meds stripping people of their personality and perspective of life. But if you're okay with it give it a shot.
Good luck, Godbless you.
