I don't know how to say this less awkwardly yet keeping it straight forward, but, is it possible for a man to install more testicles for the purpose of increasing natural testosterone in the body?
I read about female-to-male transgender, in those cases does the prosthetic testicles produce testosterone? Or they're just cosmetic?
Ummmm - Technically it *may* be possible to have another one surgically bunged in there but I doubt there is any clinical evidence or use for such a procedure.
Also, your body produces T to a certain level naturally so adding another nut would simply spread the load between three as your genetics would limit maximum production.
Why would you even consider such a thing? Surely simply injecting steroids would be a far simpler alternative? And even if you are against steroids from a performance enhancing angle, bunging an extra testicle in would surely be cheating too...?
No, not possible.
Cosmetic, same as silicon breast implants.
No, the complications of a testicle transplant would be to great of a risk for any honorable surgeon to agree to perform. The testicle is just that a prosthetic, meaning it performs no function other then looks. If you suffer from low T, there are two things the doctor can do for you. He can give you weekly injections of Testosterone or proscribe an androderm patch. In any case, see a doctor about all of this. Testosterone has advantages and disadvantages. If you have low T and can perform sexually, that's a good thing. Over abundance of testosterone leads to baldness, and prostate issues. It also ages you and keeps you angry and aggressive all the time. Me, I have had lower then average testosterone all my life. I still perform above average sexually, all my parts work when needed and well I am larger then average in that department. I am often told I am ten years younger then I actually am. I can work out, lift more weight then the average muscle head but still look toned with out all that bulk. My heart is stronger and larger then most and I have a full head of thick dark hair with no gray. I am 54 year old. I have absolutely no medical issues.
As a transsexual male my response to this question is the following:
LOL.
Thankyou
