tight underwear lower your sperm count by keeping your testicles warmer. underwear are a personal preference issue. try them all and wear what you like best.

The best brand of underwear out there, given price and all things considered are the Under Armor Boxer Brief (Black). Instead of breaking everything down, pros and cons on each type, I will tell you this: Underwear should perform a functional purpose. They should hold and support you, and without support the testicles will hang and eventually sag, get in the way and cause you great pain. Just imagine sitting on your balls. Next they should wick moisture away from the that area thus eliminating rash, itch and odor. Cotton is the enemy of moisture free. Cotton will rot as you wear it, it will also absorb stains and odors. Underwear should cover you thighs tightly and support you athletically at all times, this warms and keeps muscle injuries from occurring, also this will allow your pants to freely slide over them eliminating bunching. I can wear my Under Armor to the gym, like a jock. Underwear should look masculine, athletic and enhance you package when viewed from the outside of the pants you are wearing. No do not cram socks down there or anything like that, just a slight bulge created by ever thing lifted up and outward will do the trick. It is your masculinity and although you are not trolling or anything, its who we are, men. Women wear support bras that lift and give them that perky look, why not the same for men's privates. Cost, well you can spend hundreds on one pair of underwear, yet cheap underwear are quickly destroyed sending you to the store on that endless search for just the right pair. I hate boxers, and that whole gangster thing, what are they trying to accomplish with the girly, goofy little patterns on them. Thong, WTF I know of no person who wants that. In Summary, purchase Under Armor Boxer Briefs as they are all the under wear you need. Sperm count? Do you understand how much of that stuff you have, and how much of it you waste and well, it only takes one well placed shot.

Briefs Advantages: Supportive, Comfortable, No ride up, Cheaper, and good for sports, good looking, popular.
Briefs Disadvantages: You can see brief lines when you bend down (if your wearing basketball shorts/ thin pants or shorts.) and Some people like to make fun of them and call them "tighty whities"

    Thongs Advantages: No briefs lines
Thong Disadvantages: You have a wedgie the whole time you wear them and you may get made fun of for wearing them. Also they don't sell them in most stores. They are not that popular for men.

Boxer Briefs Advantages: Supportive, Good for sports, good looking, popular
Boxer Briefs Disadvantages: Ride up, more expensive because it has more material unlike briefs.

Boxer Advantages: Balls are free, more space, come in more colors, popular
Boxer Disadvantages: Ride up, bad for sports, Some come in embarrassing/ugly patterns, more expensive because it has more material, can get pulled down easily if you get pantsed, and you usually have to adjust them. (This is my least favorite underwear)

My underwear choice is the briefs. I don't get made fun of for wearing them but they are very comfortable. I love briefs. Hope i helped!!!
