Hi, i'm sure everyone knows that if you havent worked out for a period of time, and then start again and spend a while doing alot of working out the next day your muscles are gonna ache like shit, i did alot of working out yesterday for the first time in months, and today my muscles felt so bad i couldnt go to school, not to mention i also had my booster jabs some hours before the weight lifting, situps and push ups, and now my arm is swollen and it hurts when its touched and it looks pretty bad im sure it will go down in a couple of days, i'm only fifteen and i wanna keep up a routine of my working out, i do 8 minuets a day of some pretty exhausting work outs, is it dangerous if i continue while my muscles ache and hurt like hell?
dont worry, you will get used to it. make sure to eat healthy and drink alot of water while working out.
