"WHAT DOES MPV MEAN FOR BLOOD?" -- An MPV is a mean platelet volume and is one element of a CBC (complete blood cell count). A mean platelet volume is a machine-calculated measurement of the average size of your platelets. Platelets are involved in blood clotting. My lab uses the normal reference range of 7.5 - 11.5. Your levels is 9.8. I'm sure your written results include the reference range your lab uses. Perhaps you missed this. It may vary a bit from what my lab uses but it won't be a big variation. 9.8 is within normal.
"I DRINK 4 PEPSIS A DAY CAN THAT AFFECT THE MPV AND CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT AFFECTS THE MPV" -- Your sodas have no effect. Platelets are made in the bone marrow. Another name for platelet is thrombocyte. Thrombocytopenia is a low platelet count and thrombocytosis (also called thrombocythemia) is a high platelet count. You have neither. Generally speaking, platelet count is affected by certain diseases.
Was this a fasting blood glucose? Do you know if whole blood or plasma/serum was used?
