    my family was told that my gran suffer from parkinson's disease. but she don't.?

    four last 8 two 9 years my family was told that my gran suffers from parkinson's disease. but today we been told that she never had the disease in her life. so i would like to know if we could sue her gp for wrong info? thank you very much.

    You should sue your school for your atrocious spelling and grammar.

    What harm was done to your grandmother because of this diagnosis? You have to be able to prove that some damage was done, if there was then yes you potentially have a malpractice case.

    Parkinson's disease is diagnosed with genetic testing. You don't have to show symptoms to carry the disease, but eventually you WILL have symptoms, though they may be mild and you may die before they become bothersome.

    If you can prove that she was harmed by a misdiagnosis, you can sue. However, that will be difficult to prove unless she was denied employment because of the false diagnosis.
