    Nothing. A cold doesn't need to include fever. In fact, if you get fever, you are more likely to have flu rather than a cold.

    Nothing. Some people's normal temperature is just lower to begin with. People's immune systems also respond differently so some people are not as prone to fevers especially with mild illness.
