153/94 141/106 152/102 136/101 those have been my reading every ten minutes since i realised i wasn't feeling right. i do have a bp cuff that i got from my grandma because i have had issues with high bp but had no insurance to get it actualy checked out. i am wondering if this is high enough i should go to er about or just try to relax. it has been 201/105 before, but that was years ago
also i am a 27 year old female in good health no decongestants or anything that would spike my bp
You need a doctor. High blood pressure can do permanent damage to to your circulatory system, especially your kidneys.
The Mayo clinic says:
Kidney problems
Adrenal gland tumors
Certain defects in blood vessels you're born with (congenital)
Certain medications, such as birth control pills, cold remedies, decongestants, over-the-counter pain relievers and some prescription drugs
Illegal drugs, such as cocaine and amphetamines
Anxiety can do this, obesity can do this. Heart conditions can do this. Heredity can do this. And some people just have high blood pressure with no known cause.
