Do the palpitations occur after eating certain foods, eg, salty snacks, snacks with MSG preservative, etc?

If you have the problem after eating or drinking something, avoid that food or drink.

well i have palpatations alot and i have a specialast who always finds an exersise to help me control my palpatations. for instance.sit up straight, clear your mind, take a deep breath and hold it for 3 sec. then exhale. then repeat that again then exhale slowly.also you can cup one of your hands to resemble a cylander. put one of the open ends of the cylander up to your mouth and slowly breath through your mouth for at least 30 seconds.these always help me, and i hope they help u 2. also dont smoke its not good for your lungs and almost every time someone develops palpatations its probably because there heart has to work harder because something needs help functioning, in this case your lungs. i dont see a problem with tea but judt in case dont drink as much for awhile. i mean youd rather be safe then sorry right? hope this helps!
