Need medical advice for a cardiomyopathy patient with hyperthyroidism, pregnant with high blood pressure?

Before I ask my main question let me give you information of the situation at the time, I was 8 months or 34 weeks pregnant, I was sick for about 2 or three weeks, which startred out slow however within about 2 days the condition of what I thought was just a cold/cough, to orange/ pink like mucus and unable to catch my breath, obviously i went to the er, when i was seen they did all the prenatal blood work and ultra sound and the baby was fine and i was getting enough oxygen and because i was irritated and tired I wanted to go because they gave me no indications that there was anything wrong. so i refused and went home, my mother was also with me and assured the nurses that i she would have b=me back if anything was wrong because she has been an ma for 20 years, and she said that if my test results or labs came back with anything questionable then we requested that they call my cell and let me know that it ne in my best interest to return, she said ok and that was it. Now two days later, Still the same symptoms so i returned. This time seeing a DR I was immediately air lifted to another hospital because my heart was failing and the were ill equipt to treat me. I ended up needing a c section, i was in a medically induced coma to save my life and my heart was treated and my kidneys, so after a day and a half of a coma I woke in icu, the baby was perfect. not a scratch (no effects other then arriving early) he was so perfect that DRs hadnt seen such a healthy newborn and my recovering as well as i did, i was the youngest cardiomyopathy patient to be discharged from the icu, so needless to say everyone came out alright. Except now my having a heart condition. But, here came CPS. They told me first off that i was being investigated as a tip was called in stating there was neglect inside the home and that there was reason to believe it was an unsafe envirment, they said this to my mom who called cps to find out because i was told by the doctors no stress so as soon as i heard cps I was getting ready to go right back. Then after a few days, feeling better and visited my son, i get another call, they ask some questions only now when i ask for the reason. they say it was my lack of prenatal care which was not true because i did, and that there was something in my tests that showed i was using drugs but from the 1st visit to the er. which i didnt give authorization for a drug test and was never told any of that. I was on every bronchial over the counter med i could by while i was sick because i couldnt breathe. Now, as shocked as i was i asked the cps agent what the substance was and she needed to call the lab first, but never returned my call. CPS showed up at my home unannounced the day they released my son but to my astonishment they had a temp custody order, stated that it was because neglect, then she is going over all the information and again i ask for the results of this so called test and she doesnt have it either. I had to wait another few days in order for the meeting at their office to see my son, then they hand me what i can only describe as a white sheet of paper with some drugs printed on it, she said that a call came in stating that i had a baby and two days before i was positive for the listed drugs that was it. Nothing from a lab. So this picture has been painted and now it being a month later they want me to do a hair follicle and my fiance only i dont think we should have to because a. baby had no drugs in his system, b. the bull they seemed to be pulling me through, and c. no drugs were used, Plus all the drugs they had me on in the hospital and to resesitate me, as well as the meds before for the cold and all that i am on now, they will automatically find something in the test result to blame or whatever, I dont know what to do, What, if any, adivice? You need to get all your medical records from the past year ASAP, and hire an attorney.
