My lymph node on the right side of neck and under my chin on the right side are soo tender and swollen. Left side is fine. Also have gum pain back near wisdom teeth, which were removed years ago. Its not a canker sore, just painful when i touch it with my tongue. It hurts a little to swallow, but I dont think its throat related because ive had both mono and strep throat and it is no where near that pain. Lymph nodes are so swollen it hurts to move my neck, maybe its just a virus, or stress? any suggestions or home remedies for lymph nodes?
I am also kind of congested, so maybe just a cold? idk!
