it hurts a lot and i cant walk without support,would it be a sprain or a fracture plz help.and tell me some exercises i should do.........
and 1 more thing,i have noticed that the slightest of hurt gives me a lot of pain. like i feel a week month ago on my wrist and suffered a sprain there which lasted for 3 weeks and my index finger was hit by the basketball and again a sprain.plz help me is it due to lack of vitamins or calcium or sometin.
