You need to contact the prescribing doctor ASAP. It seems the antibiotic isn't strong enough and needs to be changed. Only your doctor can remedy this situation; the faster you get in contact with him/her the better.

Your body is fighting the venom, but has been processing it for the past week. Since you haven't died, you won't now, now that your body's immune system has successfully been fighting the venom.

And antibiotics? What the heck? You need an antivenom, not antibiotics.

Notify your doctor of this. and follow his/her prescription and instructions.
Likely this has been diagnosed as a skin infection, as antibiotics are useless on spider bites, unless the skin is broken.
