sometimes bathing in milk helps ( milk is really good for sun burns i live a street away from the beach ) Also even putting sun block on NOW helps and lotion and cold and hot water and just taking it easy in tell your skin heals Make sure you do not get sunburned everytime you go to the beach or it might become permanent damage to your skin protect your skin with plenty of sun screen hope this helped

Use Noxemia cream. Don't wear clothing on the burned area. Cool moist cloths will help but not ice. If there is a way you can make your bed linens like a tent this will help for your sleep. Tylenol PM will help you rest. I made a tent with taking 4 ladderback chairs and placed them on each side of my bed at the head and the bottom of the bed. We tied the covers which were two sheets to the posts on the chair and this really helped. If you have fluid seeping from the burn then You may need gause with burn cream on it and place on the burn. Burn plant aloe plant is good. Break a piece off and squeeze the jell out and use this. Jo Ann
