im 20 and weigh 94 pounds i want to gain weight around my butt, thighs, hips etc., how do i go about this?

i believe im underweight and i hate it i have small boobs also which doesnt help so thats why i want at least the bottom part of my body to be good.. i dont understand why im this small at this age and havent gotten any bigger for a long time, its like my body is stuck. i eat healthy things with protein and iron..and i take vitamins. i drink milk and plenty of water also, hardly any soda. but one bad thing is i also smoke cigs so could this be why i havent grown at all for 2 years? i know i need to quit but dam its hard !!! but some help or advice from anyone on gaining weight in those areas of my body would be greatly appreciated. like maybe some exercise tips or something i know its weird for someone to want to gain weight but i am seriously unhappy and would at least like to make it to 120 pounds sometime in my life but i dont want it to be an out of shape 120 lol ..thats why i want this exercise advice and help on wat to eat to gain some weight!

You can't control where weight goes.
I gained by eating 4400 calories a day though

Best is stay active, dance, use only stairs (no lift), walk to nearest shop, get good sleep and stay happy

Eat Yogurt, raw paneer, drink hot milk bedtime, drink lots of water, eat fruits and salads, drink green tea morning first thingand eat little salad before lunch and Dinner.

u shud do 15 mins jog daily, sit-ups, climbing stairs (very effective), lunges (very effective), crunches, leg raises, dance workout for flat tummy and toned legs and butt. Cycling, swimming, dance and skipping rope is also helpful

You can follow following diet and fitness tips for better results: -

A good tip is turn vegetarian, have 5 time meals rather. Eat yogurt, curd in mrng and evening.
    You can have seafood also.
breakfast of cereals, milk and egg only, with bread
lunch u can have beans on bread, dal rice, bread with baked/ boiled vegetables

have light dinner, again u can have bread and salad with gravy, pulses

avoid chicken, beef, pork, cheese, xpizzas and junk food.
    Avoid rice at night

learn some recipes for healthy food. You can look for alternates like fish, crab, prawns, Soya, Mushrooms etc..

If I were you I would eat like 5000 calories a day and exercise. You'll pack on some pounds haha. And maybe a very very late bloomer? See your physician. She should help you solve this. Some people are just genetically smaller too. It is only a bad thing if you make it a bad thing.
