There are several 'pills' that work but they are all prescription medications and should only be used under medical supervision.

There are inherent dangers with any medicine and weight loss drugs are no different. Not that I know of I don't think there can ever be a pill effective enough to allow weight loss without it working your body's own processes especially genes. This would allow it to probably be more effective.
