Please don't tell me I'm not eating enough calories, because that's the point. I sit at a desk all day and don't need all of the extra calories. I just want the answer to my question, please. Not trying to seem rude)
Okay-Soooo.
I'm trying to lose 20 lbs by April 1st to win a bet.
I'll be working out everyday while I watch TV. I do 200+ Crunchies on my exercise ball a night.
10 sets of 20. 100 on the ball and 100 on the ground with my legs on the ball.
Then I workout on my exercise bike and turn the weight up high (making it harder for me to push the peddles) I do this for 30-60 min. I've been doing this, but of course you can't work out and eat like a pig and expect major results, and I haven't been eating to healthy. I'm goint to try and drink at least 3 water bottles a day and maybe a cup of green tea at night with a TSP of Pure Honey
Now here's what I'll be eating for the next month:
M-F
Breakfast:
3/4 Cup Organic Oatmeal with 2 TSP of Grade B Maple Syrup
A glass of Rice Milk
Lunch:
An apple with 2 TSP of Natural Peanut Butter with Flax oil and Flax seeds.
Dinner:
Broiled Chicken and a veggie.
Ex. Yesterday I had broiled chicken with onions and garlic and some asparagus. Tonight I'll be having Broiled chicken over Spring Green Salad and tomatoes.
Weekends:
A bowl of healthy fiber filled cereal. (Ex. Organic cereals, granola type cereals, Go-Lean.) Using Soy or Rice Milk in place of Cows Milk. (I refuse to drink cows milk, so don't suggest it xP)
Lunch:
A Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich using the PB I mentioned above on two slices of whole wheat bread and strawberry preserves.
Dinner:
Can differ. Here are some meal plans:
Spinach whole grain spaghetti with natural sauce, garlic and lean beef.
Small Thin Steaks with a sweet potato or broccoli.
How much should I lose staying on this plan strictly?Thank you.
If you want to know about salad just visit here.
No one can possibly know that with out knowing your resting heart rate and after exercise heart rate.
It's not about the weight, it's about what our heart can do and cannot do.
Depends on your body type.. you ahve to do it for a week to see what results you get
so if you lose 2 lbs the first week.. for the next consective 4 weeks you will lose 2 lbs.. then it slows down with the same diet and exercise.
Good luck
you can really loose lots of weigt if you strictly stick in this schedule
About twelve lbs. total.
Have a slightly larger lunch. Otherwise, your blood sugar will crash mid-afternoon and you will be super hungry by dinner. Your breakfast and dinner sound good though.
