HI! Basically my situation is:
Im 20 years old girl, very heathy diet, very thin and small (43 kg, 161cm) but at the same time really unfit. I never worked out in my whole life i havent even done sports at school. I love walking can walk for hours and hours without being tired. I go most places by foot and i walk fast. But a weird thing is that as soon as i have to do stairs or run even a bit - im out of breath in seconds and my heart is beating crazy. Or for example if i was lying down on the sofa and when i rapidly stand up - my heart goes racing for a couple of seconds. . This couses me discomfort as im feeling very unfit.....
+ my resting heart rate is 95 bpm. I got worried thats something is wrong with my heart and saw 3 doctors. They did all possible tests (even thyroid function) and told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my heart and that my heart rate might be so high couse i am so small and smaller people have faster heart rates + im very unfit. They told me what ifll exersise then my heart will become more efficient and heart rate will go down.
I want to start working out but not sure where to start.....
Atm i dont have money to go to jim or to buy any sports equipment. I prob will in a few months but before that i want to start working out at home without buying anything extra. Do you have any tips how to do it? And how to train safely?
P.S Please dont offer RUNNING as its the only thing i absolutely HATE HATE HATE ill do everyhting exept for running (and where i live its -20 outside ) and dont offer cycling as a dont know how to ride a bike.
I would be very gratefull if you could advise me something or give some links

I meant i hate running OUTSIDE. I just really hate doing any kind of sport outside.
I love running in a jim its my favourite thing to do. So i will run when i get the money to go to the jim.
But is there any way to train without running before i do.

If you have stairs in your house or around it, go up and down them millions of times. Not only will it get your heart rate up, but it will be like walking. Eventually you will get so good you could run up them: THEN I offer rubbing to you because you will et more fit and not run out of breath that often. And also eat healthy

Since you're already skinny, but just unfit, just walk for about an hour every day if you can. You could also incorporate strength training if you're looking to build muscle (You won't look like a body builder since you're a girl. Female body builders have chemically altered bodies). Do bicycle crunches, push ups, and squats.

I know you don't want hear this but everything is and requires running, running is the basis of fitness and sports just run 5 minutes this week then 7 then 9 then 11 and once you reach 45 then that's the recommend amount of running. Running is the best and fast way to help the heart. No pain no gain and you can jog in place or run around your house. Then start the basis push ups, sit ups, 6 inches, and then the rest is what you want but exercise for about 1 hour if you can't then start at 30 then 45 and then 1 hour. Remember everything takes great patience there is no such thing as instant results and never give up and try your hardest cause you will be reward, have a nice dayand good luck and take protein shakes after you start exercise for 45 minutes.
You know what? I hate running as well. There are many other ways of getting the job done without running or jogging. I have a Wii Fitness and there are tons of things to do for exercise while having fun. It almost feels like a game but you are actually working out and working out hard.
