Thread: I''m 16 and i'm short?

Basically I'm 16 and I'm 5 foot 3 inches, i dont think i've grown in height for the last 3-4 months, i eat a little bit in the morning for breakfast then dont eat at all at school then when i come back from school i eat at like 5 or 6 pm and go sleep really late like 1 or 2 am, my mums height is average she's 5 foot 4" and my dad's height is 5 foot 11", all my cousins and uncles are tall!, i'm so worried about my height, i havent even grown a full moustach yet let alone a beard

btw i just turned 16 on the 15th of december 2011

is there anything i can do or will i have any more growth spurts?

You are still growing so be patient. Mickey Rooney is short and it didn't hold him back.

Don't worry! I think there will be a growth spurt within not such a long time . It took a while when I got my growth spurt too!

Dude, there was a guy in my class, who when he was 16 was way smaller than me, by atleast a head height, he is now 17 almost 18, and has passed me (im 5ft9) and is 6ft or 6ft 1 and like you he was a similar height to you. He has shot passed me.

point is you will possiby have many more growth spirts , he has had almost a growth of a foot in a year and a bit. You dont stop growing till your 21 or so

I am 5 foot 3 male nothing wrong with being short
