    How to lose 30 pounds fast!?

    I'm a 15 yr old girl who really wants to lose 30 pounds before we go on holiday in October I'm 5'4 and currently 151 pounds. I really want to lose this weight so I can feel good about myself help?

    Exercise and eat right. Eat less carbs. Fast every so often. A juice fast will really put off the weight.

    There are 3 elements in a successful weight loss plan: diet, exercise and determination.

    For diet, I am sure you know about cutting your calorie intake.. But there are some other tips that should help in losing weight. For example, drinking water before your meals, eating apples to lose weight, adding lemon to your drinking water, or you could drink green tea to lose weight. All these are proven scientifically and they work for a lot of people including me.. Besides, certain food combination should be avoided for efficient digestion process and hence weight loss. For example, carbohydrate should never be taken together with red meats such as beef and lamb. Fruits should be eaten with empty stomach.. Eating yogurts and monounsaturated fats help in weight loss too.

    Exercise is essential to burn the calorie in your body which would otherwise be stored as fat. If you do not have time for a jog or walk around the neighbourhood, why not trying out simple exercises at home? They are fun and is equally effective in burning calories!     Also, another essential information to share with you.. We should always avoid carbohydrate or even fruit juice after exercise.. They could just sabotage the benefits you just reap from exercise...
