Is Fluoride really good for your teeth?

What do you think? Is too much bad for your teeth or good for it? I'm looking for more natural alternatives, and thinking about getting a toothpaste without Fluoride.

It keeps your teeth strong and healthy, so yeah, it is. But natural ones will be really good for them too.

Fluoride is good for our teeth, but also good oral habits too. Such as brushing and flossing after each meal would complement the fluoride action in your oral health. Dr. Chen, my dentist here in Glendale recommended me also to program regular visit for dental check ups and cleanings too.

it's good in small quantities. using a fluoride toothpaste is definitely a good idea. I am a dental hygienist and worked for a holistic dentist that did not believe in fluoride. most of his patients were using natural toothpastes. What you will do is ultimately your decision, but many of his patients had numerous decay which was in large due to the fact that they did not use fluoride.
