Came across this website while researching radiation.. Read a lot about it and it sounds legit, what does everyone else think?

Ive heard a lot about this recently! Someone i know decided to get one on their phone. She said that her head aches have gotten less severe. From what i know it lowers the tissue temp that is heated when using cell phones mostly. I am so happy someone made something that is helping block the radiation from our bodies....who knows with out it it could be cooking us from the inside ( like a microwave)

It is understandable, that you find the website convincing. That is what it is designed to be. But there are several red flag raisers.

For instance they claim to have published "A randomized clinical double-blind, placebo-controlled cellphone radiation safety trial" and then they show the summary which has the structure of a summary of a research paper. This paper however is nowhere to be found in databases keeping records of published research papers on medical science.

Another red flag raiser is the quack Miranda warning that is seen on almost every website promoting bogus health products:

"The information on this website is not intended to replace a one-on-one relationship with a qualified health care professional and is not intended as medical advice. It is intended as a sharing of knowledge and information from the research of Cel-Factor and experience of scientist and professionals in the EMF and medical fields and their communities. This product and these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product and/or technologies are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease."

It definitely smells like a scam.

Well.. This is very interesting and in my opinion could go both ways. It is clinicallly proven so theres solid evidence that it helps prevent the negative effects on the body from the radiation. It makes me wonder, Ive been hearing alot about headaches caused by cell phones and there radiation they give out. Theres no way that could be good for your brain.
