    I don't think you get cancer by wearing one to bed. but I would take it off and let them breath before bed.

    yes... of course it is.
    the only thing wearing a bra to bed will do is keep your boobs perky and in nice shape.

    It's false. I've heard the exact same thing but instead of cancer I've heard stuff like it can make your blobs smaller, nipples larger, its just stupid shit.

    Not 100% sure about the cancer, but if you rely on a bra too much it will cause more sagging when you don't wear one, like for swimming ..plus you should let them breathe

    I normally don't wear one unless I'm leaving the house, or have people over, But I am also a B cup..

    Yeah there's no proven fact that it leads to cancer but its better to sleep without one on it's a bit uncomfortable

    It is a Big Myth...but you SHOULD let your breasts breathe at night for obvious reasons. They've been cooped up all day.
