i have heard in my local gym. that they're providing vacuum suction that wil result in 5 inch loss in 10 days. may i trust that?????? plz plz help me out

it is originally known as liposuction... it is non-surgerical process in which you have commercial medication and overall reduction of fat....
do it only if thy are registered... nd certified otherwise they might kill you too,.....
I believe you are referring to Liposuction, in which the fat is removed from hip/thigh area surgically. I have a friend who had it done. she does maintain it by diet and exercise though. it can return if you continue doing what caused it in the first place. it would take a long time though.
