    The only thing that comes to my mind is scabies. But scabies involve rash like symptoms as well. They like crevices too, like under arms, behind knees, and in the bends of your arms.
    Could be severe heat rash? Really need a description tho

    Itching is caused by allergy so you will have to consult a dermatologist and seek a cure for the allergy.
