Swollen, itchy lumps in my wrists?

My wrists are killing me!! Last night, they were so itchy, it woke me up. I put some polysporne itch stuff on it, but it hasn't done anything!
Yesterday, I went to the doctor about a rash all over my belly, and he said I have Rosa. But is not supposed to be this itchy, or lumped, and it's rarly on wrists. They look like someone cut a red golf ball in half and glued it to my arm.
What do I do?? How can I get the itch to go away!?

Antihistamines come in different forms including pills, nasal sprays, eye drops or liquids. Antihistamines work by inhibiting the action of histamine, blocking it from attaching to histamine receptors that cause stuffy or runny nose, itchy and redness of the eyes and itchy rash on skin, such as hives. There are antihistamines that can be bought over-the-counter and there are some that are only available by prescription.
